Air Force Senior Academic Officer Silvered Rank
Academic officer, who completed the relevant professional training and was qualified by the army to work and command in his field of profession.
The ranks are blue (Navy and Air force) or green (army) epaulettes, with flat metal pins of two stripes with olive branch on it.
Silver pins for Air force, Golden yellow for Navy and black for Army.
It resembles the lieutenant ranks only flat.
The senior Academic Officer is the second, highest and last rank of academic ranks. it follows the rank of the Professional Academic Officer, and after a period of four years in this rank, the officer has the opportunity to continue in the military career as a regular commander after a short course starting from the rank of Captain.
