At its peak, the division included the 946th Battalion of the Mobile Anti-Aircraft Division, 6 Patriot and Hawk batteries of the 136th Air Defense Division, an Agrofan unit, and a second-tier maintenance unit.
In April 2011, as part of an organizational change in the Air Defense Division, Egged 167 was closed and its units transferred to the direct command of the Division Headquarters.
