Description
Formation of air operations is a main unit of the Israeli Air Force headquarters.
The Formation was launched in 2014, responsible for the operational operations of IAF.
The Air group includes three departments based on what was the force's Operations Department: Department of attack, air defense department and the collection and participation.
Also the Air Force Security Department, Air Force Headquarters and Special Operations unit and control were transferred to the Air group.
