Silvered model of F16 plane pin.

Israeli Air FORCES (IAF) F-16 Fighting Falcon Single-Engine Super Multitask Fighter Aircraft pin.

The F-16 Fighting Falcon Single-Engine Super Multitask Fighter Aircraft is made by the United States for aerial superiority. This aircraft is used not only for air combat purposes, but for other tasks, such as interception and attack, or an interception and bomber aircraft, or a fighter jet and a combat aircraft or fighter aircraft, electronic warfare aircraft and reconnaissance aircraft simultaneously.

The F-16, with all its models, is the backbone of the IAF; the Israeli Air Force currently has the second-largest number of F-16s after the US Air Force.

In 2015, the veteran F-16A / B aircraft departed from the operational activities, but they continued to operate in the training and instruction Division. In 2006, the planes were replaced by M-346 master planes ("Lavi"). In doing so, the "Tanz" ended 36 years of service in the air force.

In the future, some of the old F-16s will be replaced by the F-35I Adir, a fifth-generation stealth fighter.
