Winter coat combined with an outer hat to protect from rain and cold weather.
The parka is very practical especially in cold windy days for it's resistance to winds.
The dark blue colour of the Navy and the air forces along with the shape of the Parka gave it the well known nick-name: Dubon.
It's been used as the uniform's winter gear until a few years ago, and today it is used as an outer outfit on to of the labour uniforms, inside the bases only.
