Israel Police – Southern District Pin

District Structure

The Southern District is divided into four geographic sub‑districts:

• Lachish Sub‑District – Includes the stations of Ashdod, Ashkelon, Kiryat Gat, and Kiryat Malachi
• Western Negev Sub‑District – Established as part of the renewed security layout around the Gaza Envelope; includes the stations of Sderot, Ofakim, Netivot, Sha’ar HaNegev, and others
• Eilat Sub‑District – Responsible for the city of Eilat and the Arava region
