The Armor Warrior, is in fact a tank crewman, and the nick name of the this metal pin is Tsfargol".

This pin is granted to a soldier of the Armor unit, who passed basic novice training of four months, and a special specific training in the fields of Armor subjects, such as - Tank driver, Gunner or Cannon-Shell loader.

In addition he will go through the CCP training, in order to gain the skills of handling and operating the tank within coordinated operations of Crew, Company or Platoon.

The basic training and the CCP training are held at Shizafon base, which is the IDF Armor School.
