The Center for recruitment means and economy confinement was established in 2006 following the decision of the General Staff to create a logistic center that will provide the needs of all the units in the IDF in the means recruits and confinement to domestic.

This Centre is responsible for the registration and enrollment of means of transportation tools of Construction and Equipment owned companies and citizens and detention essential industries depending IDF needs during an emergency.
