Historical Background: Tiberias district established In 1948 after the city Tiberius was conquered by the IDF.

The structure H"tigrt " of the British command was its station. The new Tiberias station was reporting directly to Kineret & Safed district commanded by David Ben-Yishai for two years and later commanded the Galilee Safed District.

in 1954 with two North Subdivision were Established - Safed / Kineret Jezreel station placed under the district of Safed Tiberias Sea of Galilee led by Elijah Bergman.

Current format is the largest station in Tiberias last eight stations of the Valleys of the Northern District.

Station about 140 policemen and officers and within two years it will grow to around 170 policemen and officers.
