Volunteer Ribbon for Foreign army

The volunteer badge awarded by the Ministry of Defense from 1961.
The distribution of the volunteer badge began in 1968.
The volunteer badge was awarded to those who pass one of the following tests:
1. Volunteered for the Hebrew regiments in the First World War.
2. A citizen / resident of Israel who, being a permanent resident of the Land of Israel, volunteered in the First World War to serve in the Turkish army at the request of the Yishuv's institutions.
3. A citizen / resident of Israel who volunteered for the British Army before November 8, 1944 in World War II and provided that he served for at least six months.
